Determining Cancelation or Leave of Absence

Students who plan to drop all of their registered courses prior to the first day of the term will need to initiate the Cancelation process. If you have registered and will not attend classes, you must CANCEL your registration at least one day prior to the first meeting date of your earliest course to avoid tuition assessment.

Students who wish to drop all courses after the first day of the term will need to initiate the Student Leave of Absence process. This is a collaborative process that requires student responsibility, student affairs, and academic affairs partnership, and central coordination. There are several types of Student Leaves of Absence.
